The Latest Announcement And Guidance From The Uk Government
As per Government Guidelines, the maximum amount of people who can pre-book bowling is 6 people. Please refer to local lockdown restrictions prior to booking in all areas. All customers must wear a face-covering whilst in our centre unless they are eating and drinking.
1st. Guidance From The Uk Government
We are asking that all customers are to stay at home if they have had any Covid-19 or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days to avoid the spread of germs.
Please ensure that you and all members of your party (including children) follow the latest Government guidelines on social distancing at all times.
We will be using alternate bowling lanes, so we are able to support social distancing. Bowling balls, ramps, lane seating and scoring screens will be sanitised between each use.
To support social distancing, bar and diner seating has been positioned to create space between customer groups.
We require all of our customers to sanitise their hands at reception upon entry. We also have hand sanitiser available throughout the centre to be used as needed.
We want to make sure our customers feel safe at all times while visiting our centre and disposable gloves are available on request.
Our staff are working hard to keep our centres clean throughout the day. Our bowling balls, ramps, scoring screens and lane seating are cleaned after each customer group.
Amusement machines, counters, tables, chairs, door handles and other high touch surfaces are also cleaned regularly.
Our centres are deep cleaned each night after closing to ensure all of our surfaces are fully sanitised ready for the next day.
Please note that the NHS Test and Trace process is in place in all our centres, whereby on arrival all customers will receive a temperature check and this will be recorded along with contact details.
We’re making sure all of our staff are healthy and ready to work.
We have staff briefings for our staff at the start of each day with clear instructions about how to maintain the highest cleaning and hygiene standards in our centres, including emphasising frequent and proper hand washing routines for both our staff and customers.
All staff will receive a temperature check before their shift and we will continue to be very cautious in terms of any staff member showing signs of illness, requiring them to follow the isolation and health guidance given by the government. Our staff will wear face coverings and gloves whilst dealing with customers.

To help combat the spread we have put precautionary safety measures in place.
Some of these includes:
Educating our staff on prevention.
Emphasising frequent and proper hand-washing.
Cleaning high contact points more frequently for example house balls, doors, tabletops etc.
In-line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual. We will continue to keep in touch with you and follow the official guidance given by the Government and Public Health England.
