Booking Policy

For online bookings, full payment is required immediately upon booking. A confirmation receipt will be sent via email. The booking is not secured until payment is completed, and the timeslot will remain available to other customers. If, for any reason, the booking is unavailable after confirmation, a full refund will be issued.

It is your responsibility to ensure that booking details are accurate, as we are not obliged to rectify mistakes once a contract has been initiated. Additionally, please be aware that we are not obligated to provide the service(s) at an incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email has been sent, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as being mispriced.

We allow 10 minutes per person per game. If your game is not completed within the booked allocated time slot MFA Bowl has the right to terminate the game for the next booking. No refund will be issued if you arrive late for your booking. You can play within the remaining allocated time slot until the next booking is due.

If you do not inform your local centre of a late arrival to your booking, MFA Bowl reserves the right to resell the lane after 15 minutes of ‘no show’ – late arrivals may not be able to bowl, but our team will do their best to accommodate you. Please allow plenty of time for your journey.

Refunds Policy

MFA Bowl offers a standard no-refund policy on all bookings, whether made walk-in or online. Any cancellation not due to the fault or reasons of MFA Bowl will NOT be eligible for a refund. If you wish to alter a booking, as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s availability, the on-site team at your local MFA bowling centre will gladly assist you. In situations where applicable, we provide store credit vouchers as an alternative to cash refunds.
